* 2004: Award received from the European Society for Photobiology (ESP) to attend the 14th International Congress on Photobiology (ICP 2004) in Jeju, Korea, June 10-15, 2004.
* 2001: Award received, together with the colleagues from PDT group (leader Prof. J.Moan), for the work “A new cancer-protecting and pigmenting suncream” granted in the “Venture Cup 2001” competition organised by Oslo Research Park.
* 1995: The report “Spectroscopy of photodrugs in vitro and in vivo” prepared together with a colleague A.Jasaitis, Jr. (group of Prof. R.Rotomskis) was awarded diploma and prize in annual competition of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences for students' works.
